What is Audiense?

Audiense, the support market research tool, aims to democratize audience insights. They have built a suite of rich digital consumer intelligence solutions to empower audience strategies and marketing tactics by leveraging social data and connecting it with prospects' tech stack. Serving over 2000 agencies and brands, Audiense’s core platform delivers social data uniquely, providing a great data foundation for audience research.

What was the problem you were facing?

We had a reputation internally for creating too many resources, so we're trying to standardize that. Navattic has greatly simplified conveying use cases and products to users with whom we don't have one-on-one calls or send videos.

When do you use a demo vs. another asset?

We've recently launched a new platform, and we're starting a soft launch for existing customers, letting them trial it to see if it's a good fit for the use case. I created an interactive demo for our new platform instead of a video because there’s a lot to this platform. With a video, you'd be jumping around a lot.

The demo goes step by step through everything that's available on the platform. It's also been great because we've emailed existing users and included the Navattic demo, making it straightforward for them to understand the purpose, value, and how to use it.

Even when users receive the demo via email, they always want to have a conversation. Some prefer to review the demo first and then come back with questions, which allows our reps to focus solely on Q&As or to tailor things to specific use case examples.

Regardless, the end-user has something very professional and detailed at the end of the day.

What are some other ways you currently use Navattic?

Since I've been using Navattic, it has helped me a lot. Rather than creating, editing, and branding videos, I can add a little bit more creativity to our demos. I can't wait to see what else the Navattic team has planned because I'm sure there are loads of tools to come!
